SEO audit

Paste a URL and get a scored on-page SEO report. NKable fetches the page and grades eight signals — title, meta description, headings, images, links, content quality, technical setup and keyword usage — then lists every issue with a specific fix.

Common questions

What does this SEO audit check?
It scores eight areas: title, meta description, headings, images, links, content quality, technical setup and keyword usage. Each score comes with the specific issues found and how to fix them.
Is the SEO audit free?
Yes. There is no signup, no credit card and no limit on how many pages you check.
How is the overall score calculated?
The overall score is the weighted average of the eight category scores. Each category is scored from 0 to 100 based on how many of its checks pass.
What is a good meta description length?
Between 120 and 160 characters. Shorter wastes the snippet space Google gives you; longer gets truncated mid-sentence in results.
Why does the audit say my content is too short?
Pages under roughly 300 words rarely have enough substance to rank or be cited. If your page is genuinely longer, the content may be rendered by JavaScript, which crawlers cannot see.
Does it audit my whole site or one page?
One page at a time. Run it against the specific URL you want to improve rather than a domain.
Can it audit pages behind a login?
No. The audit fetches the page the same way a search engine would, so it only sees publicly accessible content.
What is the difference between this and the AEO audit?
This checks how well the page is optimised for search rankings. The AEO audit checks whether AI answer engines can crawl, parse and cite it — a different and newer set of signals.
