Corporate AI Training
Get a whole team to the same level, on your tools and your problems.
Workshops built from the course material and adapted to your organisation: half a day to a week, on-site or remote, using your actual workflows and data rather than generic exercises. Recordings and materials stay with your team.
Typical timeline: Half a day to five days, scheduled around your team
When this is the right call
Problems this solves
In the words people actually use when they get in touch, rather than in the words the technology uses.
- “Half the team uses AI daily and half has never opened it”
- “People are pasting confidential data into consumer chatbots”
- “Leadership wants an AI strategy and nobody can assess what is realistic”
- “Tools were bought and nobody adopted them”
Deliverables
What you get
- A workshop tailored to your team and its actual workflows
- Exercises built on your processes, not generic examples
- Materials and recordings for people who could not attend
- A written summary of where AI will and will not help in your context
- Follow-up session to unblock people after they have tried it
Approach
How it is built
- Hands-on throughout — nobody adopts a tool they only watched a demo of
- Your data and your processes, within whatever confidentiality rules apply
- Explicit coverage of what not to do: confidential data, unverified output, silent automation
- An honest assessment, including where AI is currently the wrong tool
Process
How it runs
- 1
Discovery
Who is in the room, what they do, what they have already tried.
- 2
Tailor
Course material adapted to your workflows and constraints.
- 3
Deliver
Hands-on. People build something during the session.
- 4
Summarise
Where this helps you, and where it does not.
- 5
Follow up
A session two to four weeks later, once reality has intervened.
What it costs
Scope and price agreed on a short call — no obligation, and you get a written figure before anything starts.
Get a figureWhat I need from you
- A clear sense of who is attending and their starting level
- Example workflows we may use in exercises
- A decision on which tools the organisation permits
- Room, or a video platform, and a two-hour minimum block
Not included
- Software licences or API credits for your team
- An AI policy document (though the summary gives you the material for one)
- Implementation of what is discussed — that is a separate engagement
- Certification for attendees; this is training, not assessment
Corporate AI Training — questions people ask
How is this different from the public courses?
Same material, adapted to your workflows and compressed. Public courses run over weeks with individual projects; a workshop gets a whole team to a shared baseline quickly.
Can you use our real data?
Yes, within whatever confidentiality arrangement you need, and covering how to do that safely is usually one of the most valuable parts.
On-site or remote?
Both work. On-site is better for teams that have not started; remote is fine for follow-ups.
What size group?
Up to about twenty for hands-on work. Beyond that people stop building and start watching.
Do attendees get a certificate?
A record of attendance, if you want one. It certifies that they were there, which is what attendance certificates honestly mean.
Can you help us write an AI policy afterwards?
The written summary covers where AI helps and where it should not be used in your context, which is the substance of a policy. Drafting the policy itself is separate work.
