About the PDF Merger

This tool merges PDF files into a single document. Add two or more PDFs, drag them into the order you want, and download one combined file — page order, bookmarks and text all preserved, with no watermark and no page limit.

Merge PDF files whenever something arrives in pieces: a contract signed page by page, scans that came out one file per sheet, or a report whose chapters were each exported separately. Add every file, drag them into the right order, and the tool writes one PDF with the pages in sequence.

Page content is copied rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable, links keep working and image quality does not drop. Mixed page sizes are kept as-is — an A4 cover page followed by a landscape spreadsheet stays exactly that, rather than being stretched to match.

There is no cap on how many files you combine and no watermark on the result. If the merged file is larger than you need afterwards, run it through the PDF compressor.

How to use the PDF Merger

  1. Add your PDFs. Drag two or more PDF files onto the drop zone, or browse for them. Add as many as you need.
  2. Put them in order. Drag the file cards to reorder. The merged document follows the order shown top to bottom.
  3. Merge. Click Merge PDFs and wait for the combined document to be built.
  4. Download. Save the merged PDF. The original files are untouched.

Frequently asked questions

How do I merge PDF files?

Drag your PDFs onto the drop zone, drag the cards to set the order, then click Merge PDFs and download the combined file.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

There is no fixed limit. Dozens of files work; very large batches simply take longer to upload and process.

Will merging change the quality of my pages?

No. Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable, links keep working and images are not recompressed.

Can I change the page order after merging?

Set the order before merging by dragging the file cards. To rearrange afterwards, split the merged file and merge again in the order you want.

What happens to my files after merging?

They are processed on our server and then discarded. Nothing is stored, indexed or shared.

Does the merged PDF have a watermark?

No. The output is a clean PDF with no watermark, no branding and no page limit.
